FAQ
Sometimes your tickets don't save me money. Why should I buy them?
It doesn't happen often, but if we're unable to negotiate a discount, we will sometimes offer a very special show at the regular rate plus our service fee. Our reasoning is simple - if the event is not on sale to the general public we may still offer it because by the time it is offered through ticket outlets, the best seats will have already gone to groups such as ours. There would be no savings to you, but there would be good value - a great seat at a reasonable price.
The "regular" rate listed on your flyers is higher than what I can find online. How come?
We include service or handling fees in our "regular" rates, because that is how all of us would be purchasing special event tickets if we weren't purchasing through ITT. Be sure to follow the online ticketing processes almost to the end to see the $8 - $10 per ticket handling and service fees plus mailing or printing fees that are charged to online sales in order to do an "apples to apples" comparison.
The price I paid for my ticket doesn't match the price printed on it. What's up with that?
The price printed on your ticket is the group rate which does not include any facility or handling fees that ITT must pay and are imposed by the venue or promoter. ITT also adds a service or handling fee that helps offset some of the costs associated with offering special event tickets.
ITT tickets are non-refundable, but please consider your options - do you know someone to whom you'd like to give your tickets? Do you know someone who might want to purchase them from you at either face value or at a discount? We'll also do everything we can to help you find someone to purchase your ticket, and if we're successful we will refund your money.
Why are there still some tickets available only at ITT?
With few exceptions, most of our on-hand tickets are for California and Florida attractions, which are negotiated by the MWR Military Ticket Program in San Diego for most military bases, CONUS and OCONUS, regardless of branch of service. These national contracts require that we carry the tickets in-house. Look for these vendors to catch up with new technologies in the near future with on-line capabilities. As soon as the deal's available and the contract's signed, we'll deliver it to you. Click here for FAQ's regarding "available only at ITT" special events.
Why can't I have my ITT tickets when I pay? When will I get them?
To maximize your opportunities to purchase, we use the latest possible ticket sales cutoff date - the date by which we must purchase them. Our order is processed, and the tickets are mailed to us. Once the tickets are received at your ITT ticket office, you will be promptly notified, approximately five days prior to the event.
Why don't you offer more concert/big name tickets?
If the artists or shows are extremely popular, the venues or promoters don't need to discount their tickets and won't, no matter how hard we try. Or, they'll require that we pre-purchase their tickets, which means we must gamble that you'll want to buy them from us at the regular rate. And we're pretty uncomfortable with that!
